First Street Lofts is a seven-story Classical Revival building. The building is located on a corner lot and has a decorative entrance on each primary facade. The facade facing Saginaw has an elaborate, deeply recessed central entryway topped with an arched window and a carved eagle sculpture. The entry is marked by large Ionic piers. The 2019 Renovation turned this building into the Hilton Garden Inn with a new Italian Restaurant and Rooftop Bar.
